FAQ

1. Shipping

All items listed are in stock and ready to send out. We ship most orders within 24 hours, except for weekends. Orders that come in on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will go out the following Monday morning.
For Domestic orders, upgrades to Tracked shipping are available at Checkout. Some items are oversized (Crystals and Stones mainly) and these go tracked. If you are local to us in Southwest Ontario, we can arrange local pickup or delivery. Send us a message and we can work out the details.
US and International orders all ship with tracking numbers.
Any question, about anything, just ask. We are always happy to help!

 

2. Customs and Duty

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. 

 

3. Cancellations and Exchanges

Orders can be cancelled before they have been sent out. We accept returns and exchanges if you contact us within 3 days of receiving the order, before sending the order back. 

 

4. Refunds and Returns

Be sure to double check your address, we are not responsible for any loss or delay if your address is incorrect.
Any items returned due to incorrect address will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are not refundable. 

If the order arrives damaged contact us within 3 days of receiving it and we can work together to correct the problem. Please take photos of the package All items returned must be in original condition.

Our products are not intended for use by children under 16.
